The Congress party on Friday protested being allotted only 38 minutes to present its views on the no-confidence motion in the Lok Sabha today against the BJP-led NDA government, reported news agency ANI. It said a no-confidence motion isn't like a question hour which has different rules for allotting time per speaker.
